THE BRIEF

Listen Monster is an online service that offers free and accurate speech-to-text transcription and subtitle generation. It supports a wide range of audio and video formats, including mp4, mp3, and wav, and can transcribe content in 99 major languages.

The platform is designed to be user-friendly and does not require sign-up for basic use. Users can download transcriptions and subtitles in formats like txt, srt, and vtt without watermarks.

THE CHALLENGE

The application needs to allow users to upload audios or videos, then recognize the voice in that sound based on selected language and allow the users to download the content of that voice as TXT, SRT or VTT

THE SOLUTION

Using the Speech to text REST APIs from Azure to recognize the voice and the JS librares to convert audio or video for the purposes on the application.
