InsightAI provides information only, not financial or investment advice. InsightAI is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or agent.

The app displays analysis of cryptocurrency, stock, and gold markets generated by statistical models. Scores, predicted returns, and market sentiment classifications are model estimates that are frequently wrong. They are not guarantees of future performance or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

All financial decisions are your responsibility. You must independently assess the information and risks before acting.

2. Market Data and Availability

We get market data and news from other providers. This information may arrive late or be incomplete or incorrect. We cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or that its content will be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, InsightAI is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, or other financial losses resulting from decisions you make based on its analysis, predictions, market data, or news. You may lose the money you invest.

These terms do not limit any rights you have or any responsibility we have that the law does not allow us to exclude.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use InsightAI lawfully. You must not damage or disrupt the app or its systems, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app, collect or scrape content in bulk, or resell its content.

5. News from Other Publishers

News headlines, summaries, and images belong to their publishers. We show the source and a link to the original article alongside this content. Seeing it in InsightAI does not give you ownership or permission to reuse or resell it.

6. Accounts and Privacy

Keep your account information accurate and your login details secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled.

7. Termination

You may stop using InsightAI at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen or request deletion through our account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the app, or use it unlawfully.

8. Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, we will publish the changes on this page and update the date above. By continuing to use InsightAI after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
