Delete Your InsightAI Account

You can delete your InsightAI account and personal data in the app or request deletion by email.
1. Delete in the App
Open InsightAI, go to the Profile screen, choose the account deletion option, and confirm deletion.
2. Request Deletion by Email
Send an email to kien@ai-research.dev from the email address associated with your InsightAI account, with the subject “InsightAI account deletion”. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. You can use this method even if you no longer have the app installed.
Do not include your password, Google password, verification codes, or login token.
3. What Is Deleted and Retained
When you delete your account, we remove your email address, name, and most recent login time and IP address from our systems. We also remove your password hash if you registered with email, your Google display name and account identifier if you logged in with Google, or your Apple account identifier if you logged in with Apple.
We keep your account data until you delete your account. If the law requires us to retain any information, we keep only that information for the required period.
